The Yoga Intensive Workshops focus on a specific
area of Yogic Practice - from Asana
(Physical postures), Anatomy, Breath Work
all the way through to Ancient Vedic Philosophy.
Intensives can be transformational and add a completely new perspective.... spending 2,5hrs with a single ISHTA (sanskrit: Aim/Goal) is a powerful space for growth and development, no matter what level of yoga practice you may be at.
Intensives are available in the one-on-one and group environments - a maximum of 4 students when facilitated at TheStudio
