Lee Davenport-Brown is a holistic wellness practitioner, facilitator, teacher, and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience working in the health and wellness field.
As the founder of HolisticMe, established in 2009, Lee has developed a multidisciplinary healing and wellness practice that brings together bodywork, yoga, movement, meditation, holistic healing, wellness coaching, counselling, education, and personal development.
Her work is grounded in a simple philosophy: there is no single pathway to wellbeing. Each person is different, and their physical, mental, emotional, and energetic needs can change throughout life. Rather than prescribing one approach, Lee draws from a broad range of therapeutic and educational disciplines to help people discover the tools and practices that best support their individual journey.
As a facilitator and practitioner, Lee collaborates one-on-one with clients to support greater self-awareness, physical and emotional wellbeing, healing, resilience, and personal growth. Her approach is integrative, combining traditional and contemporary practices with an emphasis on embodied awareness and the relationship between body, mind, and emotions.
As a teacher and educator, Lee has taught yoga, meditation, movement, and holistic wellness for many years. Her teaching has evolved beyond the physical practice of yoga to include Yoga Therapy, rehabilitation and prehabilitation, fascia-informed movement, breathwork, meditation, and embodied approaches to wellbeing. She is particularly passionate about helping students develop a more intelligent, individual, and sustainable relationship with their bodies.
As a holistic entrepreneur, Lee has grown HolisticMe from its early roots in holistic healing into an established multidisciplinary wellness practice incorporating ThePractice, TheStudio and a growing programme of courses and workshops. She is passionate not only about supporting clients, but also about creating opportunities for others to learn, develop their own practices and participate in the wider field of holistic wellness.
Throughout her career, Lee has continued to learn, train and evolve her approach. Her professional background includes extensive study and experience in Reiki and energy work, yoga and meditation, holistic wellness facilitation, bodywork, movement and embodied practice, alongside ongoing professional development in related fields.
At the heart of her work is a desire to create safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces where people can explore, learn, heal, and grow — without needing to fit themselves into a particular modality or definition of wellness.
For Lee, holistic wellness is not about finding one perfect solution. It is about developing greater awareness, having more choices, and discovering what helps you live with greater connection, vitality, and authenticity.
